In a state of panic after losing my home owners insurance and stressing out, Amy Morris answered the phone at State Farm and immediately put me at ease. She was calm, friendly and empathetic to my situation which was exactly what I needed. Although, she isnβt able to help me get home owners this year, despite trying her hardest, she offered guidance and advice which has helped me navigate the insurance system. Because of this initial interaction with Amy, I decided not to bundle my home and auto with the other company, and get auto insurance with State Farm, so I can continue having a working relationship with Amy. My hope is she will be able to help me in the future with my home owners insurance as well.
